Thank you for considering a Jen-Loc Pure Water Filtration System, please read the following terms of use agreement carefully. By placing this purchase today you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and all terms incorporated herein by reference. If you do not expressly agree to all of the terms and conditions, then please do not complete a purchase today. This terms agreement is effective as of 10/01/2020.
Acceptance of terms
The following Terms of Service Agreement (TOS) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our customers and others which may interact or interfere with Jen-Loc, LLC located at 356 Bean Pond Rd, Lyndonville VT 05851, and our subsidiaries and affiliates, in the association with the use of the Jen-Loc website, which includes www.Jen-LocLLC.com (the “Site”) and its Services or Products as Defined below.
Description of website services and products offered
The Site is an educational and e-commerce site to educate anyone willing to learn about eco-friendly ways to remove contaminants from our waters and soils.
All educational information is offered to assist in pro-active actions and official documentation takes you to shared or cited sources. All suggestions or recommendations fall within a “food-grade” product or treatment regimen. We recommend that you contact us to speak with a consultant to which system would be the right size for your project.
By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any new features or products which are added to the current store shall be subject to the Terms.
General terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your State or province of residence. You may not use our Products or Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of our Products or Site, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
A breach or violation of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your account and right to use our Service.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portions of the Site, use of the Site, or access to the Site without express written permission by us. You may not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site and Jen-Loc content is not for resale unless used by an approved Dealer or Sub-Distributor.
Use of the Site does not entitle users to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without express written permission of Jen-Loc and the copyright owner.
The user and/or member acknowledges and agrees that the Services and Products provided and made available through our website and applications will be followed. All concerns will be brought to Jen-Loc first to address and resolve, Returns and Refunds are subject to due process.
Shipping within the Continental United States is included with the price and will be shipped out within 5 business days of purchase; if a Product is temporarily unavailable it will be designated as such on the Site store.
When ordering on-line please understand that the system purchased is what you have decided on. If you realize later that you want a larger or alternate system, Upgrade charges will apply.
Your system MUST be installed by a licensed plumber, water treatment installer or be one of Jen-Loc’s approved installers, not doing this will nullify the warranty. If your installer is not within our program, it is recommended that they contact us for tips to make your system works properly for you. All systems have been inspected prior to shipping and damage during installation is not covered.
